It's a guarantee we don't give lightly... after all, those occasions can range from transporting tractors and cars to the Northern Territory to delivering stock feed to properties in Western Queensland.

Established in 1990 by Rodney and Caroline Drain, Freightwest conducts services all over Australia from Townsville, including road trains to some of the most remote areas of inland Australia. At the same time, regular routes include Brisbane to the North and up the East Ccoast as far as Cairns.

Our trucks can pick up and deliver at nearly anywhere along the route between Townsville and the 'Top End', and the "Red Centre" with onforwarding services to Western Australia, Perth, Adelaide and South Australia

Freightwest operates from the industrial and commercial centre of Townsville at 337 Woolcock Street, Garbutt, with the Queensland subsidiary depot for single trailer and all East Coast transport situated on the Bruce Highway in Brandon.
